Riverstone Technology has established the following guidelines to provide our customers with the best support available in the shortest possible turnaround time.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT

  • A replacement product will be prepared and shipped to your location.
  • To avoid being charged for your replacement part, please return the defective equipment within 15 business days. (1)
  • Failure to return defective equipment within 15 days will result in an invoice. For your convenience, a FedEx return label is included.

RETURNS EXCLUDED

  • Products damaged by environmental factors, including oxidation and/or damages caused by natural disasters
  • Physical damages including, but not limited to: misuse, neglect, improper or unauthorized modifications, burns resulting from faulty or failed electrical power, etc.
  • If the product is not defective upon inspection, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense, and the customer will be responsible for the current market value of the item. Additionally, a testing fee may apply if the product is not defective, as claimed by the user.
  • Products with missing or defaced serial numbers
