Standing for “End of Service Life”, EOSL marks the date on which a device is no longer viewed as serviceable by its original equipment manufacturer (OEM). After this date, all support services for the product become unavailable and the product is considered obsolete. Thus, September 30th signifies the last day of all active support, technical or otherwise, from Nexsan for these three E-Series models.
